Grandma's Lemon Cake Pudding

There are a few of Grandma Johanson's recipes in her own handwriting that she either made up or had memorized. Today I made this dessert and Leslie may want to duplicate it or at least keep a recipe copy. I think I'll put more on here from time to time if I remember.
